Кроме того, средние зарплаты по России в декабре составили 128 665 рублей до вычета налогов, с учётом премий и надбавок. При этом в Москве средние начисленные зарплаты в декабре составили 281 778 рублей.
Откуда они берут эти цифры? Россияне и москвичи в подавляющем большинстве не имеют и половины от этого, а многие довольствуются третью от заявленных сумм.
