Просто мне кажется, что обществу надо как-то очиститься от недееспособных граждан. Нам нужен, на самом деле, такой государственный колл-центр. Деньги забирать на нужды фронта, а отдавших размещать в специализированных учреждениях, где за ними будут приглядывать соцработники. А то решит такой человек чайку попить, да и взорвёт многоэтажку.
