Средства многодетные семьи могут использовать на своё усмотрение, однако если денег у них на счету осталось меньше, то «докладывать» не будут – выдадут остаток. Обратиться за выплатой необходимо не позднее 30 ноября.
Заявление о предоставлении выплаты может быть подано в любое время со дня рождения или усыновления третьего и последующего детей через МФЦ. Деньги будут перечислены на банковский счёт получателя.
Мера носит временный характер, она будет действовать только до конца года. Сейчас на региональный материнский капитал в бюджете предусмотрено 363 млн рублей. Для выплаты дополнительно потребуется 167,2 млн рублей.
