Сенсаций в таком раскладе нет, но есть пара интересных моментов. Достаточно странно видеть такие низкие показатели по Севастополю, Ростовской области и Ставропольскому краю.
И если в первых двух регионах показатели могут подняться за счет электронного голосования, то Ставропольский край идет относительно сравнимо с рядом депрессивных регионов. Выводы по политическим итогам этого года все очевидней.
Кавказ традиционно активен, но результаты КЧР и КБР весьма хороши.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
