На церемонии также присутствовали президент Республики Армения Ваагн Хачатурян, вице-спикер Национального Собрания Акоп Аршакян, мэр Еревана Тигран Авинян, глава МОНКС Жанна Андреасян, а также председатель Всемирного комитета Панармянских игр Ишхан Закарян.
