Как и обещал, направил обращение М.Мишустину с просьбой вывести из-под моратория на проверки бизнеса - контрольно-надзорную деятельность в сфере персональных данных.

⚡️По данным Роскомнадзора, с начала года произошло уже 40 утечек баз персональных данных россиян, однако проводить проверки этих фактов - регулятор теперь не вправе.
