تبادل حرفه‌ای، یک برنامه آموزشی کامل است که فرصت تجربه کارآموزی را در خارج از کشور به دانشجویان پزشکی ارائه میدهد. برنامه تبادل حرفه‌ای IFMSA توسط دانشجویان پزشکی برای دانشجویان پزشکی و با کمک دانشکده‌های پزشکی برگزار میشود.
هدف، ارتقاء درک سلامت جهانی و همکاری فرهنگی بین دانشجویان و متخصصان بهداشت جهان، از طریق تسهیل مبادلات بین‌المللی است و با ایجاد فرصتهای برابر و افزایش اطلاعات و مهارتهای عملی در زمینه سلامت و بهداشت جهانی به پرورش رهبران توانمند سلامت آینده کمک میکند.
اسکوپی در سال 1951 تأسیس و در ابتدا با 8 کشور اروپایی آغاز شد. درسال اول، 463 دانشجوی پزشکی دوره کارآموزی را در خارج از کشور خود گذراندند. امروزه، بزرگترین برنامه تبادل دانشجوی پزشکی در جهان است و سالانه حدود 13000 دانشجوی پزشکی از 117 کشور در آن شرکت میکنند. کمیته تبادل حرفه‌ای از سال 1399 در ایمسا-ایران فعالیت خود را آغاز کرده‌است.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries.
