В 2001 году в эксплуатацию был сдан 5-ый корпус ИнгГУ в г.Магасе, в котором разместился филологический факультет, а в 2003 г. в том же 3 корпусе, расположенном в Гамурзиевском муниципальном округе, был построен новый корпус, в котором помимо аудиторий есть большая библиотека и спортзал.
