До Seven Suns Development, называемого в народе «застройщик-горюшко», добралась прокуратура Москвы по поводу продаж квартир в строящемся на Лосином острове ЖК «Сказочный лес». Надзорное ведомство обнаружило, что структура девелопера проекта - ООО "Гранднэкст" нарушает права дольщиков в части переуступке прав по ДДУ. Застройщик прописал в договорах, что их переуступка дольщиками даже оплаты всей суммы возможна только с письменного согласия компании. В прокуратуре заявляют, что так поступать не велит 214-ФЗ.
