⁃ این مقاله به چالش‌ها و کاربرد‌های تکنولوژی‌های دانش بنیان در مدیریت امور پزشکی میپردازه.
⁃ راجب ترند های جدید در پزشکی، مثلا ادغام تکنولوژی اطلاعات (information technology ) در مدیریت امور پزشکی صحبت میشه (که یه نمونه موفقش برنامه Telehealth در مالزیه).
⁃ با ابزار‌ها و تکنولوژی‌هایی مانند databases و intranets آشنا می‌شیم که مدیریت امور پزشکی رو برامون تسهیل کردن ( منظور از مدیریت امور پزشکی لزوما کارهای مدیریتی نیست بلکه بنظرم منظور از این واژه، مدیریت هر آن‌چیزی است که در روند کارهای پزشکی باهاش روبه رو می‌شیم).
⁃ در آخر هم به چالش ها و آینده این فناوری ها میپردازه و به این نکته مهم اشاره می‌کنه که آینده مراقبت های بهداشتی نیازمند اقدامات مبتکرانس و همچنین باید شرایطی رو فراهم کرد که در روند مراقبت‌های درمانی، بیماران و خانوادهاشون نقش موثرتری داشته باشن و بیشتر در تصمیم گیری ها دخیل باشن.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
