Дама после свадьбы взяла фамилию мужа. Она младше Макса на 18 лет. До ЗАГСа - в ноябре 2023 года - парочка заключила договор о раздельной собственности: «каждый из супругов сохраняет имущество, принадлежащее ему до брака, и может самостоятельно приобретать, использовать и распоряжаться им во время брака независимо от другого супруга. Все имущество, которое принадлежало каждому супругу до заключения брака и было зарегистрировано на его имя, остается отдельной собственностью этого супруга».
Что же принадлежит Максу? В Латвии он является бенефициаром четырех компаний - ME Holdings, Networx, Simex Holding и акционерного общества Somdaris.
Simex Holding принадлежит Максиму и сыну партнера его отца по бизнесу - Илье #Сухаренко, члену совета Rietumu Banka. #Эстеркин без корабля 🏴☠️
