Что же, интересно, за срочность такая заставила ЦБ экстренно в последние два рабочих дня года поменять методику расчета официальных курсов валют🤔 Изменений там внешне не так много, ведь фактически теперь допускается комбинировать несколько вариантов расчетов (биржевые и небиржевые) и использовать кросс-курс (если нет данных никаких торгов).
Конечно проще всего подумать, что курс под дивы Сургутнефтегаза подстраивают, но такого же и быть не может🙈
