Приморский край назван лидером среди регионов Дальнего Востока по числу природных пожаров
Приморский край лидирует на Дальнем Востоке по количеству природных возгораний с начала 2023 года. В общей сложности зафиксировано 136 случаев. В прошедшие выходные 15 лесных пожаров охватили почти 190 гектаров леса, а еще ранее — 18 на площади 535 гектаров. В регионе не ожидается осадков и горимость только увеличится.
По данным Рослесхоза, за 18 апреля в 17 регионах страны потушен 51 лесной пожар. Продолжается тушение девяти лесных пожаров в пяти субъектах РФ. Особый противопожарный режим установлен в 30 регионах.
Накануне в Рослесхозе назвали 33 территории с максимальным риском возникновения лесных пожаров в мае в связи с погодными условиями и нарушениями правил пожарной безопасности в лесах. В их числе — Приморский край.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30.
