Верховный Суд Республики Саха (Якутия) отменил приговор и оправдал 47-летнего машиниста бульдозера, который Алданским районным судом был признан виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 3 ст. 260 УК РФ (незаконная рубка лесных насаждений) и ему назначено наказание в виде штрафа в размере 50 000 руб. Органами следствия мужчина обвинялся в том, что с 1 июня по 1 сентября 2023 года совершил незаконную вырубку деревьев с целью обеспечения свободного проезда по сезонной дороге. Причинив тем самым лесному фонду ГКУ РС(Я) «Алданское лесничество» ущерб на общую сумму 63 683 руб.
