Этот приток сократился под воздействием санкций и падения цен на нефть, а усугубился из-за ограничений США против Газпромбанка. Последний обслуживал значительную часть экспортных операций.
Текущие внебиржевые курсы доллара и евро на 7-8 рублей выше официальных курсов ЦБ на 26 ноября. Регулятор после остановки биржевых торгов рассчитывает курсы валют на основе банковской отчетности и данных внебиржевых платформ.
