Его предшественника Андрея Осипова в марте того же года задержала ФСБ по обвинению в мошенничестве. По версии следствия, в 2019 году Осипов на служебном автомобиле «Hyundai Equus» совершил ДТП и скрылся, а затем его водитель сымитировал аварию. Аэропорт в итоге получил по страховке 170 тысяч рублей, а Осипов – три года условно.
