Zubereitung: * 200 g Buchweizen * 200 g Hirse * 200 g grüne Linsen * 1 Brokkoli * Gefiltertes Wasser
Buchweizen, Hirse und Linsen in einen Dampfgartopf geben und garen. Dann einen Teil davon abnehmen als Futterportion. Brokkoli separat in Wasser kochen (würde im Dampfgartopf zerkochen). Alle Zutaten abkühlen lassen und zusammen in eine Schüssel geben, Brokkoli etwas zerkleinern. Dazu kommen gemischte Wildkräuter für genügend Mineralien und selbstgemachte Zusätze, grünes Algen- und Grassaftpulver aus Chlorella, Spirulina und Gerstengras, Kokostrester, Leinöl und Quark.
