20 ml Nachtkerzenöl (wer möchte kann auch noch Ringelblumenöl dazugeben) 10 ml Mandelöl 15 g Sheabutter 15 g Bienenwachs 20 ml dest. Wasser (noch besser wäre ein Quellwasser)
Das Bienenwachs zusammen mit den Ölen über Wasserbad langsam schmelzen lassen. Danach die Sheabutter dazu geben, und wenn alles geschmolzen ist mit einem Milchaufschäumer das Wasser (Zimmertemperatur) in die Fettphase einrühren. Am besten im kalten Wasserbad solange rühren bis eine Creme entstanden ist. Nun die Creme in einen sauberen Tiegel füllen, mit Herstellungsdatum versehen und kühl und trocken aufbewahren. Im Kühlschrank hält sich die Creme noch länger.
