⚙️ A little Memo from CC

Let’s make it rain for a bit, shall we? I’m going to be very honest with you, kind reader, something I wish I had said more boldly before. I don’t like leading or being in charge. I never asked for it, nor do I chase after it with any interest. And like a good plot twist in a story, it’s followed by a "But."

But I end up in these places anyway. I constantly find myself in charge of something. Granted, I have to give it all to the people who saw something in me, making them believe I could handle such dreadful responsibility and curse me with a weight I couldn’t even understand, let alone carry.
But… I always find myself baffled and astonished at the end of such journeys by how they could foresee the outcome I would bring. When I look back at the things I’ve done, the accomplishments and success stories; there lies a majority of my consciousness, claiming it was a dream. Even through the layers, the ups and downs, the smiles and frowns, the fights and doubts, and the unprecedented and unthinkable, it all comes to an end, and I look back to say… But how?
That’s someone’s trust. Someone’s belief in you. Someone else’s surrender of possible outcomes, except Hope & Faith, that maybe, just maybe, you could make something of the future and turn it into a better past. You see, for me, it was never about climbing the corporate ladder. I learned a long time ago that each role was daunting and stressful, slowly pushing you into an oblivion of your own doubts and beliefs. The trembles of doing something right, the uncertainty and questions kept to yourself but hidden under a smile and assurance. But… you look back. Whether it’s what you’ve done right or good memories, perspective becomes the key to understanding your questions. Looking back and seeing the person you were before you began; and how you’ve grown and changed; brings the clarity of how much potential is in you. To lead yourself and others. To learn and to teach. To receive and to give away. Because leadership was never about handling others, but about setting a better path than the one you’ve been on yourself; growing, learning, and sharing from the legacy of your own past, a much easier way of saying "being the person who calls for boring meetings."

Telegram | DID YOU KNOW?

Date: |

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care.
