Ульяновское музыкальное училище имени Г.И. Шадриной однозначно будет сохранено.
Сейчас по моему поручению прорабатываются варианты, в том числе один из них: вернуть учреждение в региональную систему образования в сфере культуры. Прославленному учебному заведению более 65 лет, в 2004 году училище вместе с имущественным комплексом было передано УлГУ.
Обратился к Министру науки и высшего образования России Валерию Фалькову с инициативой вернуть в региональную собственность движимое и недвижимое имущество, исторически принадлежавшее музыкальному училищу. С руководством вуза тему также обсудили, нашли понимание, проводим необходимые консультации.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
