Смольнинский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга рассмотрел представление начальника филиала по Всеволожскому району ЛО ФКУ УИИ УФСИН России по г. СПб и ЛО об изменении меры пресечения Валерию Израйлиту с домашнего ареста на заключение под стражу.
27.10.2020 Израйлиту были установлены мобильное контрольное устройство и электронный браслет. 16.11.2020 при снятии отчета по подконтрольным лицам СЭМПЛ у Израйлита было выявлено нарушение расписания присутствия электронного браслета в периоды времени: 12.11.2020 с 3.50 до 04.11; 13.11.2020 с 8.18 до 8.37; 14.11.2020 с 01.11 до 01.26, 01.42 до 01.59, 12.29 до 12.46, 23.12 до 00.03; 15.11.2020 с 00.41 до 01.25, 02.21 до 03.10, 07.37 до 08.02, 21.06 до 21.34.
Суд решил - неубедительно, и в удовлетворении представления отказал.
Израйлит пояснил, что сидел дома, никуда не выходил, браслет был при нем.
