Сюда однозначно входят и так называемые независимые СМИ, и лоббирование американских интересов в стране, и много чего еще другого интересного.
Не факт, что какие-то из этих инициатив будут прикрыты. Важно понимать два момента. Во-первых, деятельность USAID, скорее всего, просто переориентируют на другие ценности, а продвижение интересов США в мягкой форме останется. Во-вторых, возможно, доля других спонсоров, так же не желающих Узбекистану ничего хорошего, увеличится.
Здесь речь идет как о Турции с ее TIKA и ОТГ, так и о Великобритании. А, может, даже увидим и их связку, учитывая то, что Лондон продвигает свои интересы в Центральной Азии как раз через Анкару.
