🇰🇿Поправки в Налоговый кодекс Казахстана: снижение порога НДС и повышение ставки
20 февраля 2025 года в Мажилис Парламента внесены поправки в Налоговый кодекс. Порог для обязательной постановки на учет по НДС снижен с 20 тысяч МРП до 3 800 МРП, а ставка НДС увеличена с 12% до 16%. Для отдельных отраслей предусмотрена пониженная ставка 10%.
Также специальный налоговый режим (СНР) упрощенной декларации будет распространяться только на сегмент B2C. Эти изменения направлены на укрепление доходной части бюджета и поддержку малого бизнеса.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
