Первая часть о том, что первым бросается в глаза, когда речь заходит о речи. Один и тот же банальный, но очень эффективный механизм. Вторая часть - фундамент всего проекта, в ней изучается сама сущность "срабатывания". Здесь же обозначается цель (желание) моей речи. В третьей части делается шаг к пониманию интернет-культуры – реальное основание этого проекта. (Части можно читать в любом порядке)
Сквозь все три части приходит один и тот же акт - попытка достичь чего-то большего. Но сработала она иначе, чем желалось... Так что, пришло время пересмотреть совершенное и начать еще одну попытку.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
