پدرام آذرنوش جوان خوش‌قدوبالای ایرانی بود که فقط ۱۷ سال داشت و ۳۱ شهریور ۱۴۰۱ به قتل رسید. پدرام در خیابان‌های دهدشت شاهد ضرب و شتم دختری زیر دست ماموران بوده، تاب نمی‌آورد، ماموران دختر معترض را با مشت، لگد و باتوم می‌زدند، به میانه درگیری وارد می‌شود، ماموران پدرام را نیز می‌زنند، و کمی بعد شروع می‌کنند به شلیک ساچمه به طرف پدرام.
اما این تمام ماجرا نیست، یکباره از بالای پشت بام خانه‌ای ماموری تک تیرانداز قلب و سینه پدرام را نشانه می‌گیرد و تمام.
پدر پدرام، خود از جانبازان جنگ ایران و عراق است. جمهوری اسلامی فرزند او را به قتل رسانده است. پدرام ورزشکار بود و به گفته همشهریانش امید شهرشان بوده است.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
