Спасибо "Засекин"! Вы - самое более-менее объективное СМИ в Самаре. Но есть одно крошечное уточнение. В Самарский районный суд подавались несколько жалоб по ст.125 УПК на СУ СК, которые упорно не видят ничего странного в строительстве метро вообще без проекта. Ага, а полицаи арестовали Плаксина под незначительным предлогом - строительство двух сельских клубов с отклонениями от утверждённого проекта. А так, несколько выселенцев подали в Ленинский суд административные иски на Правительство Самарской области, требуют отменить распоряжения об изъятии земли. Ближайшее заседание 25 мая в 11-15, судья Иванова.
