- он окончил computer science в Гарварде, стажировался у макро-инвестора Рэя Далио в Bridgewater, а потом 9 лет был CTO/co-founder Scribd - электронные книги по подписке, 1 млн в библиотеке, $100 млн подняли, еще не экзитнули - все видно в заскриненных кратких слайдах (50 слайдов на 1-3 фразы) - сделали гуглдок про их 10 вопросов, которые нужно задать для оценки своей идеи - было 10к людей, не 13к как на первой неделе. чат запретили, вопросы выбирали голосованием на каком-то сервисе + - несколько их терминов: а) “hit” rates = число созданных юникорнов в этом сегменте рынка б) ”fun” ideas = апп типа Шазам в) “boring” ideas = some software for enterprises
UPD: вот мой конспект среды про “The Story of Replit: how a side project became a $1B company”. Replit запустили в 2016, подняли $100 млн, 50 чел (!) делают IDE типа PyCharm от JetBrains

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
