19 января 2025 года все желающие спортсмены и члены СПК «ЯРОПОЛК» выехали в купель Елизаветинского храма в мкр. Опалиха городского округа Красногорск Московской области.

Те, кто окунулся в купель, верят, что с этого дня перед ними открылся светлый и добрый путь, по которому они пройдут легко и с радостью, оставаясь чистыми душой, здоровыми духом и сильными верой!

Закаливание организма – это совокупность специальных тренировок, которые направлены на укрепление защитных сил организма.
Такие процедуры помогают повысить адаптацию к условиям внешней среды.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
