А бояться есть за что. Бочкарев, некогда работавший в Торэксе, и также как Пиляев давший показания против Сергея Фургала, под шумок разворовывает и распродаёт имущество бывших предприятий Стародубовой и Фургала.
В отношении Бочкарёва были выявлены факты недостоверной информации в декларации о доходах. В документах он скрыл земельный участок, автомобиль, а также девять банковских счетов на себя и супругу.
