По версии следствия, персональные данные о собственниках транспортных средств полицейский передавал бывшему коллеге с декабря 2023 по август 2024 года. Мужчина использовал незаконно полученные сведения для оказания юридических услуг при оформлении договоров купли-продажи и постановке автомобилей на учёт.
Следователями проведены обыски, изъята компьютерная техника и документация.
