Салоны вагонов III класса почти полностью соответствовали советскому плацкартному вагону. То есть 3-й класс в России это самый массовый пассажирский вагон СССР.
Но был еще и 4-й класс. Помните советские пригородные поезда с жесткими скамейками? Вот это и есть 4-й класс в Российской империи.
То есть то что в России считалось самым простым, в СССР стало самым массовым и фактически единственно доступным народу. Традиционный советский подход: "чай не баре, потерпят".

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows.
