«Мы создаем легальные способы ухода от уголовной ответственности и превращаем свою армию в какую-то банду батьки Махно из преступников и уголовников».
P.S. Почти три года потребовалось депутатам, чтобы догадаться (и то не всем). Боимся даже предположить, что они скажут еще через три. Может, что война - это плохо? Законопроект все равно примут.
