Когда привыкаешь с бедой в одиночку...
Когда ощущеньям находишь отсрочку.

Бывает не поздно, а просто остыла.
Когда время лечит, а память забыла.
Апатия где - то внутри поселилась.
Душа испугалась и в клетке закрылась.

Бывает не поздно, бывает - напрасно.
И сердце страдать без конца не согласно.
Когда от ромашек, подаренных летом,
Спокойно, не хочется думать об этом.

Бывает потом возвращается ветер.
Становится мир снова ярок и светел.
И небо безоблачно. Лунно и звёздно.
И вроде бы надо, но всё - таки поздно
Бывает.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
