Полумордовинов - чиновник закоренелый. Работал зампредом регионального правительства, в 2015-2018 годах был главой администрации Астрахани. До этого и в кресле главы обстроя успел посидеть с 2009 года по сентябрь 2011 года.
Отставку же Иванникова связывают с низкими темпами расселения из аварийного жилья и неудовлетворительной собираемостью взносов за капремонт.
Последней же каплей мог стать скандал с не построенным домом для сирот в ЗАТО Знаменск. Там зависли 24 млн рублей, возбуждено уголовное дело.
