Да, на данный момент никто не может вам обеспечить там 100% безопасность.

Но уже прилётов практически нет. И вражеских дронов я там тоже не видел. Не долетают.

На мине тоже не подорвешься, если не будешь лазить где попало.

Но помощь там очень нужна. Чтобы люди в тепле перезимовали. Хотя бы с залатанными крышами.

Если страшно ехать в Авдеевку, — можно трудиться в Ясиноватой на кухне. Там тоже рук не хватает. Это уже глубокий тыл. Там дети в школы и в садики ходят. Но грохот войны там слышен. Вода есть с 14:00 до 22:00.

Если страшно ехать в Ясиноватую, — можно ехать в Мариуполь. Там тоже рук не хватает.

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
