🎓 تحتفل اليوم جامعة الروسية لصداقة بين الشعوب (RUDN)، إحدى الجامعات الدولية الرائدة في بلدنا، بالذكرى الـ6️⃣5️⃣لتأسيسها (5 فبراير 1960).
تأسست جامعة الروسية لصداقة بين الشعوب في نقط تحولي في تاريخ العالم، عندما تغلبت شعوب آسيا وأفريقيا وأمريكا اللاتينية، التي كانت تناضل من أجل الاستقلال، على عواقب الاستعمار وبدأت في بناء دولها.
👨🏻🎓خلال وجودها، قامت هذه الجامعة بتدريب أكثر من 80.000 متخصص مؤهلين تأهيلا عاليا للدول الأجنبية. في الوقت الحالي يدرس ما يقرب من 13 ألف طالب أجنبي في جامعة الصداقة بين الشعوب، وهو ما يمثل حوالي 30% من إجمالي عدد الطلاب.

"Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
