В Северо-Западном районе началось благоустройство аллеи по улице Хадарцева. Участок расположен между улицами Астана Кесаева и Цоколаева.
Район густонаселенный. У проживающих здесь горожан не было зоны отдыха, которая была бы расположена неподалеку. Поэтому Администрация Владикавказа приняла решение о строительстве аллеи.
Сейчас на будущей аллее специалисты готовят основание пешеходной дороги. Затем приступят к установке брусчатки, скамеек, урн. Кроме того, смонтируют систему освещения.
Протяженность аллеи 350 метров. Строительные работы проходят в рамках муниципальной программы «Благоустройство и озеленение».

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
