Мы во главе с лидером партии Леонидом Слуцким разработали законопроект, запрещающий курение на автобусных, троллейбусных, трамвайных остановках, а также на расстоянии пяти метров от них.
Сейчас курение в России запрещено на станциях метро, в помещениях железнодорожных вокзалов, автовокзалов и аэропортов. Однако на автобусные остановки такой запрет не распространяется.
Кроме остановок общественного транспорта курение также предлагается запретить у входов в магазины, расположенные в многоквартирных домах, так как оно мешает людям, проживающим на первых и вторых этажах.
