Периодически выкладываю здесь наш дневной рацион, делюсь сегодняшним!

Завтрак:
- овсяная каша с молотыми семенами льна, ядрами конопли, бананом, вишней.
- в садик дала вафлю из чечевичной муки и муки зелёной гречки и растительное молочко

Обед:
- пюре из картофеля и цветной капусты с кокосовым молоком. Плюс сверху нутинки двойного запекания
- фасоль белая с копченой паприкой (просил добавки)
- брокколи, перец рамиро
- микрозелень горошка (ест на удивление хорошо ее)

Перекус после сна:
- миндальный йогурт домашний (из Сборника завтраков «Кашу не буду!»
- вафля с кешью урбечем и ядрами конопли
- слива, киви

Ужин:
- смесь из зелёной гречки плюс киноа (киноа больше)
- брокколи, помидорки (не стал)
- нут
- микрозелень горошка
