По версии следствия 15 февраля двое 17-летних и один 18-летний фигуранты в Воткинске совершили диверсию «в целях подрыва экономической безопасности и обороноспособности РФ».
В отношении задержанных возбуждено уголовное дело по п. «а» ч. 2 ст. 281 УК РФ. Санкцией данной статьи предусмотрено наказание до 20 лет лишения свободы.

Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
