2 апреля президент Азербайджана ИльхамиАлиев принял делегацию во главе с председателем комитета оборонной промышленности Турции Халука Гергюна. В делегацию вошли главы ведущих турецких компаний-производителей оружия.
Гергюн сообщил, что между компаниями, входящими в делегацию, и предприятиями оборонпрома Азербайджана будут подписаны меморандумы о совместной деятельности.
Таким образом, Алиев совершает переход с советского военного стандарта на стандарт НАТО. В рамках построения Новой Османской порты это вполне логично.
