Ольга Занко, заместитель председателя думского комитета по развитию гражданского общества, вопросам общественных и религиозных объединений, на круглом столе в Госдуме предложила разработать законопроект, согласно которому все физические лица, которые собирают деньги на благотворительность, должны быть зарегистрированы в специальном реестре.
Зарегистрироваться в реестре предлагается через «Госуслуги».

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
