Meet the Deputy Commander of the Military Unit for Artillery of the 33rd Assault Battalion. Call sign – Raketa. Before the war, he was a professional footballer. He joined the AFU as a voluntary fighter when the occupiers entered North Saltivka, unable to tolerate it.
"Defending my homeland—there was no other path for me," Raketa recalls.
He first served in the 82nd Air AB and is now the Deputy Commander for Artillery of the 33rd AB. He has fought on all fronts: Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Sumy, and now Kurakhove. With the 33rd AB, he took part in the Kursk Operation.
His goal is to end the war with Ukraine’s victory and return to his native Kharkiv.
What he values most about his work is, as he says, "eliminating the invaders." "I get incredible emotions from it—it’s adrenaline, a thrill to see them blown to pieces. I feel no fatigue—only forward, only victory," shares Raketa.
His motto: "Let the invaders burn in hell! Victory is near."
Thank you for your service, Raketa! 🫡 May God protect you! #33ab

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
