Начавший два месяца назад пиар-кампанию с уходом в зону СВО первого вице–премьера правительства Башкирии Азата Бадранова губернатор Радий Хабиров продолжил медийную поддержку. Церемонию оформили пафосно: отправка с обновленной за ₽1млрд Советской площади под песню "Шаймуратов-генерал".

Не служивший в армии, но получивший звание лейтенанта и должность политрука Азат Бадранов отписался в социальных сетях, что оставляет все гаджеты дома и информировать ни о чем не будет. Ранее он говорил, что им заинтересовались люди президента Украины.

Спокойный и преданный взгляд Бадранова на губернатора выдает уверенность в завтрашнем дне. Мобилизованные обычным порядком военнообязанные из Башкирии смотрели на Радия Хабирова совершенно иначе.

Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
