🔉Установлено, что между несовершеннолетними произошел конфликт в образовательной организации, в ходе которого 16-летний подросток выразился в отношении сына заявительницы грубой нецензурной бранью, унижающей его честь и достоинство.
Прокуратурой района в отношении несовершеннолетнего правонарушителя возбуждено дело об административном правонарушении по ч. 1 ст. 5.61 КоАП РФ, по результатам рассмотрения которого он привлечен к административной ответственности.
