После прогулки зимним вечером в самую пору будет согреться бокалом теплого глинтвейна с имбирным печеньем 🍪
У нас в семье рецепт достаточно простой, но зато очень вкусный: 🌟Вино красное сухое/полусухое - 750 мл 🌟Апельсин 1 шт 🌟И пакетик специй для глинтвейна (палочки корицы, цедра апельсина, гвоздика, кардамон, имбирь)
❗️Чтобы напиток не был мутным, специи должны быть целыми.
Апельсин режем кольцами, добавляем в кастрюлю, наливаем вино и засыпаем специи, нагреваем (но не кипятим!) и оставляем на час, чтобы настоялся.
И самое главное - вино можно легко заменить виноградным соком или б/а вином - тогда получится вариант для детей и мамочек на гв 💕
