Очевидно, что тема сельского хозяйства для Калмыкии была и остается ключевой. Регион со времен СССР являлся лидером по уровню и качеству сельского хозяйства, были крупные предприятия. В сегодняшних условиях Калмыкии необходимо вернуть себе этот статус и удержать его. Поэтому внимание Хасикова к теме очень даже нужно.
