С такой идеей депутат Виталий Милонов обратился к главе Минфина Антону Силуанову.
Милонов отметил, что получить кредит порой проще, чем записаться на приём к врачу. Он также подчеркнул, что существуют мошеннические случаи «дистанционного кредитования» и кражи средств.
Депутат считает, что выдача займов только при личном присутствии заёмщика поспособствует «наведению порядка» в этом вопросе.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority.
