Единственным фактором, который может снизить инфляцию в России в нынешних условиях, выступает расширение предложения. К такому выводу пришли экономисты Института народнохозяйственного прогнозирования РАН.
Так как ускорение роста цен произошло из-за «сдвига в структуре производства» в 2022–2024 годах и связанной с ним разбалансировки спроса и предложения, ужесточение денежно-кредитной политики лишь в ограниченной мере влияет на динамику цен, аргументируют они.
В результате у властей есть выбор: либо добиться ценовой стабильности путем полной остановки экономического роста, либо смириться с темпами инфляции, превышающими ориентир (таргет) 4% на горизонте ближайших трех—пяти лет, при все-таки положительной динамике ВВП, считают экономисты.
