2⃣Просеиваем муку, в середине делаем маленькую лунку. В неё добавляем соль, специи, оливковое масло, воду, настоявшиеся с сахаром дрожжи.
3⃣Замешиваем тесто руками. Получившийся колобок, выкладываем на стол, предварительно присыпав поверхность мукой, и месим ещё 5 минут. Разминаем колобку плечевой пояс😃 Затем переносим тесто в миску, накрываем полотенцем и оставляем кайфовать в тёплом месте до прихода лисы.
